My client is a leading independent game studios and are very well known for award winning story driven games.
They are looking for an Associate Producer to join the content creation team and work closely with the other producers to coordinate and track the production of various game assets. Together, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of resources and the proper achievement of production objectives. Always eager to learn and get a better understanding of game development cycles, you will also provide expert knowledge that will help increase game projects quality while keeping in mind the various constraints of production.
Help the Lead Content Producer drive content production for simultaneously developed game projects.
Schedule, coordinate and track down tasks progress for several content authoring teams (Animation, Audio, VFX, etc.).
Supervise cinematics production pipeline, from actors schedule management to final integration in-game.
Assist with assignment of resources and coordination across projects to ensure their successful completion.
Facilitate communication between asset creators and project teams.
Define, anticipate and centralize current and future content needs.
Identify production risks or constraints, and troubleshoot dependency problems.
Help improve games quality by evaluating assets in context and providing relevant feedback.
Stay aware of industry standards, both in terms of methodology and quality, and help team members stay on par or ahead of them when necessary.
Previous experience as a Producer, Assistant Producer or Associate Producer in console game development.
Excellent written and verbal English skills as well as relationship-building skills.
High motivation and capacity to learn new skills, use new tools and meet new people.
Strong project management skills.
Good critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of movies and animation production pipelines would be a plus.
Familiarity with MS Office, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
Knowledge of production management software such as Hansoft or MS Project (Jira would be a plus).
