Amiqus have partnered with an exciting new games development studio based in Dundee who are looking to hire a talented Producer to join their growing team. If you are looking to join an up-and-coming studio who have already made their mark, offer a great family atmosphere, interesting projects to work on and most importantly a small agile team, then this role might be for you. The ideal candidate will be able to wear multiple hats and will be working on a brand new games project. You will be relied on to manage all areas of the Social and Mobile game production including but not limited to, asset delivery, managing internal development teams and managing the full game life cycle. The role requires you to collaborate with a highly flexible team, managing multiple projects and working closely with all members of staff to produce games which keep players coming back for more. This role is open to an Assistant Producer with proven games experience or a Producer with a good portfolio of games. The project is completely fresh, so will allow the ideal candidate to contribute to a brand new game for the studio. In addition, you will also help develop and manage asset pipelines, understand and enhance the company's vision, culture and goals. Responsibilities • Ensure teams have clear development priorities and assist in hitting milestones • Have a clear understanding of development status • Manage detailed project documentation • Analyse in-game statistics and identify issues before they arise • Lead from concept to the live game with user engagement in mind • Liaise with Designers, Artists and Programmers • Run Scrum team meetings and product reviews • Be the ‘Hub’ of all communication Requirements • Mobile, PC or Console games experience where you have held a similar title • Excellent track record of delivered games • Clear communicator by phone, in person and email • Interest in Mobile games • Practical knowledge and understanding of Agile (SCRUM) processes If you think you have the skills for this position or simply want to hear more please send a CV to will.hudson@amiqus.com
