The 2015 MCV industry excellence awards will once again celebrate the commercial and creative successes of the UK games industry
More than 600 attendees are expected at the Lancaster London Hotel on Thursday, April 6th,
The categories have been revamped for this year, with new prizes including Buying Team, Digital Marketing Team and Indie Games Label, among others.
For the 16 main awards we will assemble specific panels with specialism/interest in key fields – retail, marketing, publishing, development and so on – to judge groups of awards either via email or face-to-face.
Lobbying for the awards has now closed, with finalists set to be announced in MCV on Friday, January 23rd.
Up and coming comedian Romesh Ranganathan will be hosting this year's awards.
Ranganathan burst onto the comedy scene in 2010, appearing on Mock the Week, Live at the Apollo and Russell Howard's Good News over the last year.
The comedian will be unveiling the winners and handing out prizes.
