The Develop Awards took place earlier this week in Brighton, where development studios and individuals were celebrated for their contributions to the games industry.
Winners on the night included Supercell, which took home the New IP and Independent Studio award, Thomas was Alone creator Mike Bithell won Use of Narrative, while Epic Games’ took home the Engine.
The Development Legend prize, as chosen by the Develop team, was also handed to Epic’s leaders Tim Sweeney and Mark Rein. You can read all the award-winners here.
The night began with a drinks reception, hosted by NaturalMotion Games, before guests took their seats to be entertained by comedian Imran Yusuf.
